Meet Dan

As a coach, I help ambitious adults with ADHD get sh*t done and turn their big goals into big results. Whether you have a creative project gathering dust, a business you’re dying to launch, or want to stop “just getting by” in life, I’m here to show you how to make ADHD your superpower.

Even though I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 7, I wasn’t able to unlock my full potential until my 30’s. After studying computer science and music in university, I spent a decade balancing both careers and working nonstop. At least, that’s what it looked like.

Inside, everything was falling apart. I looked busy, but projects would start only to get abandoned. By the time I hit 30, my poor mindset, working habits, and ADHD sent me into a years-long depression. When I came out the other side, I realized I needed major changes.

I’ve worked with therapists, coaches, and mentors. I’ve done the programs and read the books. I now have a system for managing my ADHD where I am twice as productive every day as my best days before… and more importantly, I’m having fun and not burning myself out.

If this sounds too good to be true, then you haven’t experienced the power and freedom of a complete system and rock-solid mindset. I’m not going to lie to you, it takes hard work and dedication, and it won’t happen overnight. But your ADHD is only a bump in the road. It’s not a wall. Send me a message and let’s get to work!
